Therefore, it is not clear to the <br /> Planning Department how your present lot was created; i.e. , was it through a <br /> Soundary Line Adjustrnent, or seme unrecorded conveyance of property? The <br /> City hae an ordinance which req�ires that lot lines be legally adjusted <br /> Y.hrough a Boundary Line Adjustment process.
