An inspection was con�ucted and listed below are some <br /> of the deficiencies noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code. These deficiencies <br /> are sufficient ro declare the building to b� substandard pursuant to Chapter I1 of the <br /> Uniform Housing Code and/or may be considered dangerous. <br /> I. The house appears [o be abbandoned. <br /> 2. The roof is deteriorated and rotted. <br /> 3. There is rot throughout the building. <br /> 4. Windows are broken allowing the elements in. There is very litde weather <br /> protection for the exterior of the house. <br /> 5. The building is an at+�ctive nuisance to inquisiitve minors in [he neighborhood, <br /> and vandalism is taking place. <br /> 6.
