Feb. 28. 1994: An inspection of the building was conducted. Mar. 1. ]994: A :0 day letter was ser.i to the owner. Mar. iS. 1994: I received a Ictt�;r from the owner, who lives in Forks, WA. She statecl that siie could not afford to do anytizing with the house, and coul.�. not afford to board it up. Mar. 30.1994: The owner of the property, along with a friend, came into the office. She said that her friend would board up the house within 3Q days. June I. 199d: The house had not been boarded �.:r The house was posted "Illegal to Occupy", and a Notice and Order to repair or demolish the building was issued and posted on the house. July 5. 1994: This was the las: day for the owner of the property to file a written appeal from the Notice and Order. There was no appeal filed. Aue. 16. 1994: I filed, with the County Auditor, a Notice of Noncompliance and the Notice and ��rder. This ciuuds the title of the, property and alerts prospective buyers of our abatement action.
