RfiSOLUTION NO. 3995 <br /> A RESOLUTION pursuant tu the Uniform �-Iousing Code and the Uniform <br /> Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildir,gs authorizing Ihe demoli[ion and <br /> clearing of the building from the propE�ty situated at 3219 Kromer Ave., <br /> Everett, WA. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Building Official has found the building on th� property <br /> locatecl a[ 3219 Kromer Ave. to be substandard and a public nuisanc: pursuant to the City of <br /> Everett Uniform Housing Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everet[ Building Officiai has found [he; building on the property <br /> located at Kromer Ave, to be dangerous [o the health, safety, anrl welfare of the public <br /> pursuant to the City of Everet[ Uniform Code for the Abatemen[ of Dangerous Buildings; and <br /> \VHEREAS, the �ity Cov�cil finds that thc IIuild;�ig O�ficial issued a Notice and Order <br /> requiring the owner of the property to repair or demolish and remove the building from the <br /> property; and <br /> VJHEREAS, the Ciry Cauncil finds t,iat the repair ar demolition of the Uuilding has not taken <br /> place as was requireci m the Order, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Order issued by the Building Official was properly <br /> se��ecl on the owner of the property in queslion; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Buiiding Ofticial has the audiority to recomme�d <br /> this action pursuant co the Unifurm Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for the Abatement <br /> of Dangerous Buildings; and <br /> WHERLAS, the City Council finds that the owner has been given notice of this Council <br /> meeting; and <br /> WHEAEAS, the City Council, upon due considera[ion, deems it in the best interest of the <br /> health, safety, and welfare of the public that a Resolution be adopted requiring the demolition <br /> of the building; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVL-D BY THG CIT'Y COUNCiL FOR T1�E CITY UP <br /> EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the buiiding located at 3219 Krumer Ave., L-verett Washingron, which is ]egally <br /> described as follows, contains conditions which endanger che life, limb, health, property, <br /> safety, and welfare of ihe public: <br /> LeQal Description of the above referenced properly is as follows; <br /> I <br /> I <br />
