Pi��e feet of Type ll1 la:idscaping is required west of the stormwater pond and along [he east <br /> and west properry lines of Lot 2. The proposed landscaping does not meet Type Ill standards <br /> in that trees are not shown as requircd. <br /> Type lll landscaping includes canopy-type or spreading evergreen trees planted in wells or <br /> strips with a mix of living evergreen and cieciduous ground covers and low shrubs. lJp to <br /> 100�Io of the trees can be deciduous. lleciduous trees must have a minimum trunk diameter of <br /> 1-I/2" and a minimwn height of 6 fee[ at time of planting. Evergreen trees must have a <br /> mininwm height of 6 feet at time of planting. Tress must be spaced at intervals no greater <br /> than 30 feet on center. <br /> The landscapc plan needs to be revised to meet the Type .Il requirements. <br /> ?. The sidewalk is required to extend from the building to Lake Heights Drive.
