1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND GENERAI-INFORMATION <br /> � Clare Bridge of Everett is a 3.9 acre parcel located on a portion �f Sectioi.i 29, Township 28 North, <br /> Range 5 East. W.M., Ciry of L:verett, Washingron. The site lies in the northeast quadrant of the <br /> intersection of 19th Avenue S.E. (SR 527)and Lake Heights Drive. The proposed facility will co;uist <br /> of one Multi-Care facility building and associated grading, drainage, water quality and utility <br /> improvements. <br /> 2.0 EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> The site currently contains two abandoned single family residence houses and a shed which will be <br /> removed in the initial stage of the project. Most of the site contains light forestcd cover with trees and <br /> small underbcush. Slopes are generally east to west acrossthe parcei at grades ranging from 2°!o to 5°G. <br /> p small pottion of the northeast comer of the site drains north to the adjacent developed prop:rty. All <br /> ezisting drainage ultimately flows into Silver Lake which lies immediately opposite 19th Avenue S.£. <br /> to the west. <br /> 3.0 DFTENTIQN/WATER QUALITY <br /> Due to the prozimity of the proposed project to Silver I.ake,on-site detention will not be required. The <br /> Sih�er Lake basin standards for water quality require a wet pond in series with a bio-Sltration swale. <br /> Drainage from all pa��ed azeas on-site will be collected and conveyed in a tighdinz system to a bio- <br /> filtration swale lceated in the northeast quadrant of the parcel. Following bio-filtrat�on, runoff is <br /> conveyed to a combination wet tank and open water quality pond located in the southwest corner of the <br /> site. Following wet pond treatment sito drainage ezits the site in a tighdine system to the west and is <br /> � discharged inta tha eaisting storm system Iocated on the east side of 19th Avenue S.E. at the <br /> intersectionwith Lake Heights Drive.
