The flooc elevation of the boathouse shall be a minimum of 530 <br /> feet above sea level. The Applicant shall also construct a dock on the <br /> ��`i�� shoreline of Silver I.ake not less than 25 feet nor more than 50 feet in <br /> length. The dock shall be available for use by the public. The <br /> boathouse shall not conflict Nith the use or development cf the <br /> pedestrian wal{aray system described in Condition 23 above. The Parks <br /> d��s Departoznt will accept the dedication of the �ock facility as long ay <br /> it is desigied to their specifications. If the Parks Department does <br /> not aecept the dedication of the dock facility, the hearing sha11 be <br /> re-opened to determine the need for a doek. <br /> � �'�`� 35• A11 utility systems must be installed underground to service this <br /> pro,ject. <br /> 3b. A Final .iite Plan m�st be developed by the Applicant and sutmitted to <br /> the Planning Department reflecting all reai.iirements contained in this <br /> Sl�oreline Substantial Development Permit. These final plans must be <br /> revieued and approved by the City prior to issuance of any permits Cor <br /> this project. <br />
