She said that the room she occupied was quiet small and was bui'lt inside the gara9e at L'his address . There were no sanitary facilities of any kind were available to her unles�� she lett. the garag«:, went outside and to th� i.ouse. There were times when shc. r�eeded to use the 6athro�m and had to go autside Uecause the hou�e was loci;ed . On Feb. 22, 199u, I performed an inspection aith Linda Gough in attend.snce . I also took pictures of the premises, the 9araye and roum rented out to the c.omplainant. ALter inspecting t.he unit, I advised Dawn that I was going to poe:t the w�it " Il.legal to Uccupy" and asked her if. she woulcl be able to mov�� out immediately and relocate elsewhere and she said she d�.d have a place. Uawn is pregnant and t did nut want to leave her without shelter if I posted t:he uniC. Uawn indicated that the house was being rented by someone and it was him, not the owner who cr�ated the room in the yarage and :::Ze feared him. She wanted to be out of the place before lie got home from work that evening . I.ater in the day, I went back out to the site and Dawn said that she would be complet�ly out before the anyone arrived home from worlc that everiing . I thcn posted the unit and toolc pictures .
