If work has been completed, please call for <br />final inspection. If work will be continuing, please submit a written request for <br />extension. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if <br />the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is <br />commenced for a period of 180 days. <br />This project was begun under the Washington State Energy Code incentive program, <br />and if final approvals are documented before June 30, 1995, you will be due a rebate of <br />$900. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
