The farm will continue to be inconsistent with the <br />Everett General Plen designntion however the property has been certified as e nonconforming <br />farm. <br />10. Consistency with the environmental policies as stipulated in the City's SEPA ordinance. <br />Findings: The proposal is below SEPA thresholds as established by the City of Everett. <br />Conclusion: M environmental checklist and SEPA review is not required. <br />11.
