The generation of nuisance in•itants such as noise, smoke, odor, glare, visual blight �r other <br />undesirable environmental impacts. <br />Findings: The proposcd building may generate minimal noise during construction. <br />Concluaions: The long term use of the building is not anticipated to generate noise, smoke, <br />odor, glere, visual blight or other undesirable environmental impacts. <br />9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan and the purpose of the zone <br />in �Nhich it is located. <br />Tindings: The site is designated 1.1, Single Family Detached, on the City of EveretPs General <br />Plan map. <br />Conclusions: The existing property is developed with one single family home, agricuitural <br />buildings and grazing nreas for l�vestock. The farm will continue to be inconsistent with the <br />Everett General Plen designntion however the property has been certified as e nonconforming <br />farm. <br />10. Consistency with the environmental policies as stipulated in the City's SEPA ordinance. <br />Findings: The proposal is below SEPA thresholds as established by the City of Everett. <br />Conclusion: M environmental checklist and SEPA review is not required. <br />11.
