FINDINGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APF'!_ICATION <br />OF DAVID GOOD�VIN FOR APPROVAL OF <br />A REVIEW PROCESS III RP III #05-004 <br />DECIS!ON: The Aoplicant is granted an exception to the maximum <br />heighl for an accessory building on property at 7404 <br />Larimer Road, Everett, Washington. The exception is <br />subject to the conditions as listed herein. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />David Goodwin (Applicant) requested approval of an exception to the maximum height <br />f�r an accessory building within the City of Everett. The specific request was io <br />construct a 672 square foot detached garage to a maximum height of 21 feet on <br />property located at 7404 Larimer Road, Everett, Washington (subject property). <br />A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on March 2, <br />2005.
