WASHINGTON <br />7825 Larimer Rd. 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Quist: <br />When in the process of reviewing your pr000sed construction for Public Works <br />Department concerns we found that the street right-of-way width that now <br />exits for Larimer Rd. is substandard. We have determined that the ultimate <br />right-of-way width should be 601. Therefore, it becomes necessary for us to <br />require that you dedicate 101 of additional right-of-way t� the City of <br />Everett (Ordinance 555-78 attached) and sign a Local Improvement District <br />Covenant before your building permit can be issued. <br />The necessary forms for the right-of-way deed and the LID Covenant are <br />enclosed.
