IIowever, <br />since sending the Feb. 17, 1995 letter tl�e City has investigated the possibility of <br />constructing a central public pump station to potentially serve all abutting lots alung <br />Larimer Road. <br />The C'iry has concluded that i[ is technically feasible ro construct a sin�le centrally <br />located sewer pump station to serve abutting lots along Laruner Road. A publicly <br />owned and maintained lifr station would be in lieu of privately owned individual 'pump <br />stations and should be preferable for bo[h the City and the property owner�. <br />The City would like to hold an informational meeting with the abutting property <br />owners within the nex[ two months to discuss forming a Local Improveaient District <br />(LID) to finance this project.
