These <br />were issued in order to document final approval of work begun under 2007 permits (expired). <br />See the enclosed Inspection Acti�iity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International <br />Building Code and International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work <br />is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work under your <br />permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of vdork that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />;) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for e�ensior. <br />It is your responsibiliry to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspeciions are performed. Please contact us by December 19, 2012 to <br />schedule inspections or request extension. After that time the file vdill be sent to <br />microfllm without final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiration.
