Your conceptual plan is acceptable and can be used <br />as a guideline for your final design provided: <br />1) An additional check valve is installed at the south end interceptor <br />immediately upsVeam of the 2 inch shutuff valve. This check valve will <br />need to be a heavy duty resilient seated gate vah�e. <br />2) All shut off valves and check valves are maintained, repaired and <br />replaced by the properry owner. <br />3) A no protest aereement will not need to be signed by the property <br />owner.
