These should be addressed in your next <br />submittal: <br />1. Additional specifications are needed for Yhe shuroff valves and check <br />va!ves. Those need to be heavy duty resilient sealed gate valves with <br />epoxy coatin� and lining. <br />2. The location of the shuteff valves and gate valves should be noted on the <br />8-1/2" x I I" plan sheet. <br />3. Stationing on the 8-1;Y' x 11" plan sheet needs ro he corrected. <br />4. Add note that the tap by Specs Taps wil! be pPr CiC,� of Everett standards <br />for water main connections. <br />5. A sewer permit needs to be acquired from the Building Department at a <br />cost of $70.00. <br />6. A sewer connection fee of $691 [o $814 (depend on the size of the <br />house) needs to be paid at the time of permit issuance. <br />If you have any questions regarding these comments, please call me at 259-8855.
