Tngram, seconded by <br />irir. Champion and unanimously carried to deny the applicants reques: <br />for the follo�•�ing reasons: <br />I 1. The entire Plat of Valley View shovrs the front yards are <br />Iunfenced. <br />I 2. The purpose expressed by the applicant can be achievefl by <br />screen planting. <br />3. No. 1 access to said lot to be ttie <br />Westerly twenty (20) feet oi the Easterly 85 feet of Lot 22, <br />Block 1, IIeverly Hills Div. No. 1 utilizing the follosving described <br />property. <br />Lot 22, Block 1, Beverly Hills Division No. 1, Exce�t that <br />portion described as follocas: <br />Commencing at the �ortheasterly corner of said Lot 22, the <br />true point of beginnina, hence �Oesterly along the Northerly <br />boundary line oi said Lot 22, a distance of 65 feet; hence <br />Southerly and parallel to the East boundary line of said <br />Lot 22 to tfle Southerly boundary line of Lot 22; hence <br />EasteLly along said Southerly boundary line of said Lot 22; <br />hence Northerly along the Easterly boundary line of said Lot <br />22 for a distance of 134.94 feet to the true point of be- <br />ginning. (Highland Drive and bladisoil) <br />After visual observation of the subject property ar.d considering <br />all the testimony presented it was moved by [•Ir. Champion, seconded <br />by h1r. Ingrac, and unanimously carried to deny the applicants reyuest <br />for the folluwing reasons: <br />1. Proper platting would require all properties in the <br />vicinity be served by puUlic dedication streets. <br />2.
