Addition to the City of Everctt; <br />THENCE along Westerly boundary of said Lot, East 102.50 feet to the Northerly boundary of Laurel <br />Drive; <br />THENCE Westerly along the Northerly boundary of said Laurel Drive or a curve to the left having a <br />radius of 605.00 feet, consuming a central angle of 30 55' 48' ; <br />THENCE on a curve to the right of radiu, 283.0 feet consuming a central angle of 10° a4'; <br />THENCE on a curve to the left of radius 152.0 feet consuming a central angle of 360 02 ; <br />THENCE on a curve to the left of radius 65.0 feet; <br />THENCE consuming a central angle of 43' 20% <br />THENCE on a curve to the left of radius 212.0 feet consuming a central angle of 40' 34' to a point from <br />which turn 90' left off tangent of last described curve onto the radius thereof for a distance of 5.0 feet; <br />THENCE turn 90° right onto forward tangent; <br />THENCE along a curve to the left of radius 84.0 feet consuming a central angle of 65122' 36'; <br />THENCE on a reverse curve to the right of radius 29.5 feet consuming a central angle of 500 38' 20" to <br />point of beginning; <br />EXCEPTING therefrom that certain tract of land heretofore conveyed to Elsie O. Walton and Mary E. <br />Walton, his wife, by Deed recorded October 31, 1927 in Volume 238 of Deeds, page 425 under Auditor's <br />File No. 414098, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest comer of Tract E, said Replat of Tract 1, Rucker Addition to the City of <br />Everett, the true place of beginning; <br />THENCE along the West margin of said Tract South 19° 30' 102.50 feet to the Northerly margin of <br />Laurel Drive; <br />THENCE along the Northerly margin of Laurel Drive South 66' 5 V West 100.6 feet to the P.C. of an <br />irregular curve to the left; <br />THENCE continuing along the arc of said irregrlar curve to a point on said curve which bears South 41° <br />53' West 124.7 feet distant from die last named point to the center of certain stone steps now constructed; <br />THENCE North 89° 28' West 22 feet, more or less to the Southerly margin of Great Northern Railway <br />right of way; <br />THENCE Northerly and Easterly along the said Great Northern Railway right of way to a point to from <br />which a 90' angle to the right from said right of way line will pass through the true point of beginning; <br />THENCE to the true place of beginning, it being the intention of the description to describe that certain <br />part of said Replat of Tract 1, Rucker Addition to the City of Everett, which lies Easterly from the <br />centerline in the bottom of the Gulch immediately West of the residence property, Southeasterly from the . <br />Great Northern Railway right of way, Noitherly Railway right of way, Northerly from Laurel Drive and to <br />include that plot of ground occupied by the present garage and the driveway thereto from Laurel Drive <br />extended; <br />ALSO that plot between Laurel Drive extended and the said garage and from the Southwesterly corner of <br />the garage to the intersection of Gulch centerline as hereinbeforc described; <br />ALSO commencing at the Standard Monument at Kromer Avenue and 33`d Street of said Plat of Everett, <br />Division "H"; <br />RUNNING thence West on monument line of 33`d Street, 595.60 feet; <br />THENCE angle to the left 41' 04' run South 48' 56' West 402.20 feet; <br />THENCE South 64° 34' West 461.30 feet; <br />THENCE South 54' 10' East 6.5 feet to initial point of this description; <br />Page 4 of I I Order Number: 329399 <br />
