An additional beam and post has been placed in <br />this area, but the floor area supporting the post has also settled. <br />Consequently that portion oE the structure is still setteled. <br />Reconunend this area Ue raised and adequate footings be placed to <br />carry the load to eleminate any further setteling. <br />2. The beam supporting floor joist in the South East area of the <br />basemeat, ha� a large sa3 in it, as if it was placed with the <br />crown down. Should be replaced or corrected. <br />3. All operable sash that is painted ti�ht should be frce to operate <br />properly, <br />4. Thcre appears to be some deteriorations in the soffitt around <br />the extcrior of the Uuilding. <br />5. The chimney aUove the roof should be taken down to where the <br />brick and mortor joints are bad and replaced. <br />6. Siding is blistered and scaled, and painted over.
