Duryee <br />"1721 wetmore <br />Everett, SJashington 98201 <br />Re: 606 Laurel Drive <br />Dear Sir: <br />An Glectrical Inspection was made at 606 Laurel Drive, to determine <br />if the building met .ne minimum P,H,A. requirements, The following <br />defeciencies must be corrected: '1t:o additional outlets are needed <br />in the front room. Three ouClets needed in the dinning room. Three <br />additional outlets needed in tiie l:itclien and must be on a separate <br />grounded utility circuit. Three outlets needed in each of the lower <br />bedrooms and remove the illegally installed floor outlet in the <br />rear bedroom. A grounded recepticle needed in Che lower bathroom an3 <br />three outlets are needed in the South bedroom upstairs. Four out- <br />lets are needed in the large North bedroom. A separate circuit and <br />grounded outlet neede6 downstairs for the automatic washer. Also <br />install a d;yer receptacle. Replace all cord pendant sockets with a <br />Code approced fixture mounted on a box. Remove all fixtures in the <br />basement that have live exposed parts and repla-e with code approved <br />fixtures mounted on junction boxes.
