CITY OF EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />��RDER <br />June 16, 1983 <br />(- WHEREAS, there was filed with the City of Everett Buiiding Division on (date) <br />_an application for a variance of Section No. 19.14.050(B) of Everett <br />[viunicipal Code Chapter 19 by(applicant) Don Bailey, 619 Laurel Drive, Everetc <br />for <br />(specific variance requested) <br />VARIANCE from side yard setback which requires each building to be 6 ft. froe� side property <br />line. The applicant is requesting to remove the existing garage and add a family room <br />additiov in its place and add a two (2) car detached g�_age with access off Laurel Drive. <br />Both would have a zero 0 ft. side yard setback. <br />on the following described property: 619 Laurel �rive <br />AND, WHEREAS, June 27, 1963 was fixed as the date of <br />hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the City of Everett Board of <br />Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, maile the findings, conclusions and decisions as contained <br />in the attached Board of Adjustment Report. <br />APPROVE: <br />1. Meet all Building Department and Public idorks Depart�nent requirements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoi�g findings, conclusions and decisions: <br />BE 17 ORDERED BY THF CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said <br />application be ��+NTID , and <br />BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant. <br />DATE OF ACTION: June 27, 1983.
