We huve investigeted our recorde, as well as the actual field condition of tliis drainage system to verify its location and condition. We £ound thet an open catch basin exists between the hames et 1809 and 1813 Lelend Driva Chat could pose u �afety problem. The drainege system that cro5ses your property is not within the public right of way, nor has an essement been conveyed to the City for the operatien and meintenance of this system. City personnel can only work on utility systems that are within the public right of way or in dedicsted easements. The City would like to acquire the necessary easeoent so our personnel can uaintain this aystem in the future. We will begin our effoet to ecquire the easement es sooa as we get your approve2. To preclude eny ehort-term problems aseociated rrith this drainage eysten, we ask that you give ua right-of-entry pesmission while we prepere the easement documents.
