The basement area has been converted without permits for use as an apartment. <br />2. T�ie basement has Electrical ,Plumbing, Mechanical, and Building code violations that ar� of concern and <br />preclude th�� use of the basement for use as occupied space. <br />3. Both "Apartments" are compromised by the code violations. <br />4. Two Unlawful Structure placards have been posted on the building at each entrance. <br />5. The corrections require permits and approval. <br />6. The owner and both tenants have been advised (verbally) of our actions. <br />7.
