May 29, 2013 <br /> Discussion took place regarding Emergency Medical Services transport <br /> service. Debra Bryant, CAO/CFO, stated she would work with Fire <br /> Department administration to review transport services provided by the <br /> Everett Fire Department. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6620 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,145,487.63 for the period May 11, 2013, through May 17, 2013. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> As recommended by city legal staff, President Moore read into the record <br /> amended language for the Riverfront development action item. <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to execute the Sixth Amendment to the <br /> Property Disposition Agreement, in the form substantially provided <br /> to Council on May 28, 2013; the Assignment and Assumption <br /> Agreement, in the form substantially as provided to Council on May <br /> 28, 2013, but with the form of subordination agreement attached as <br /> Exhibit B revised as necessary for approval by the City Attorney; the <br /> Seventh Amendment to the Property Disposition Agreement, in the <br /> 150 <br />
