The following defects must be corrected before we can certify that <br />thfs structure meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Housing <br />Code. <br />i. Electrical connec,`ion at water heater open and exposed and wire <br />size improper. <br />7. Hazardous wiring in greenhouse. Qemove. <br />8. Loose electrical light fixture in front bedroom. <br />9. AIl electricai connections and splices must be made in proper <br />electrical boxes. <br />10. Dfscharge irom water heater relief valve must be piped t� within <br />six (6) inches of floor. <br />II. Water pipes leaking behind clothes washer. <br />IZ. Provide new electrical service panel of adequate capacity and remove <br />existing electrical panels. <br />13. Provide additional outlets in kifichen area. <br />14. Bathroom fixture wire with zip cord. <br />I5. Garbage dfsposer improperly wired. <br />
