March 20, 1989
David Jacober
10324 56th SE
Snohomish, WA
Job Address:
I-,
98290
2905 Leonard St.
Permit Number(s): 18792 (building); 19411 (Plumbing, Mechanical);
Date of Permit(s): 9/15/87; 1/11/88 A9081 (Electrical)
CITY OF
everett
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
3200 CEDAR STREET
E.'ERE: T. WASHINGTON
98201
A review of our inspection records reveals that the last inspection made at
the subject address was on January 22, 1988.
Section 303(b) of the Uniform Building Code provides that permits expire by
limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by
permit is suspended, after the work is commenced, for a period of 180 days.
The Code also requires final inspection prior to occupancy for all permits
issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit holder to call for the
necessary inspections. Because of these time frames, your permit has already
expired.
However, the City of Everett is at this time -extending a one-time grace
period to holders of recently expired permits. If you wish to recommence
work you may renew your permit at no cost for an additional 180 day period
by submitting a written request to this office. The renewal request must
reach us by April 30 1989. If the work has been completed, you may call for
final inspection before April 30th. Any corrections required must be
completed and final approval obtained before that date. Permits that have
been neither finaled nor extended by April 30 1989 will expire. To renew
the work or obtain an inspection will then require the payment of a fee.
You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street,
Everett, WA 98201. If you have questions or want to request an inspection,
please call us at 259-8810, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Sincerely,
ALFRED R.
