Hardeman: <br />At your request this department has inspected the property located at <br />3003 Leonard, Everett, l4ashingtor�. <br />The follo!aing corrections must be made before we can certify that this <br />structure meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The electrical service has been altered since the structure was <br />built. This work was completed without the iequired permits <br />and inspections by the Electrical Inspector. An electrical <br />permit should be issued and an insoection be performed by the <br />City of Everett Electrical Inspector•. <br />p, The foundation arPa of the structure was not inspected due to <br />inaccessibilit�� to the crawl space. <br />Information on permits to accomplish this work may be obtained from the <br />Building Inspection Department, 259-8745, and all corrections, if any <br />are required, must meet the present electrical codes.
