SECTION 171 46.52.101 Abandoned, wrecked, dismantled or <br />ino�tave vehicles declared a Dublic nuisance. Ahandoned <br />wrecked, dismantled or inoperative vehicles or automobile hulks <br />�. or. parts thereof.on public or private property, except as <br />provided for elsewhere in Sections 46.52.101 through 46.52.132 <br />are hereby declared a public nuisance and may be aY,ated. It <br />shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to place <br />or keep an abandoned vehicle, abandoned automobile hulk, wrecked, <br />dismantled, or inoperative vehicle, or parts thereof, upon any <br />public or private: property in the city of Everett; or as owner, <br />occupier, or party in co;itr.ol of any real property within the <br />city, to permit or allow any such automobile or por.tion thereof <br />to be placed or kept on said property. Any person violating <br />Section 46.52.101 through 46.52.132 shall be guilty of mai.ntaining <br />a nuisance. <br />SECTION 172 46.52.103 Evidence of junked vehicle.
