A weekly meeting with a represeritative of the Everett <br />Housing Authority shall be established for upd3tiny the schedule of <br />worR activitizs. <br />4 All work shall be scheduled during normal working hours an�J all debris <br />from the ccnst•ruction activities shall be removed from outside the <br />building before the contractor leaves the site at the end of each <br />�aorking da,y. The contactor will b? responsible for all costs <br />encountered by the Everett Housing Authority for any clean-up made <br />necessary by the contractor's activities. <br />5. No fa:ilities for storage of materials are available; arrangements <br />for temporary storage shall be made anc approved by the Everett Housing <br />Authority before delivery to the site. Any unauthorized material <br />on the site will be moved at the contractor's expense. <br />6. If, during the course of this project, the contractor i;, made aware <br />of or observes any condition that could affect the safety and welfare <br />of its occupants, the contractor is requested to bring it to the <br />attention of the Everett Housing Authority. <br />1. D�duction for uncorrected work: If the Everett Housing Authority <br />deems it inexpedient to require the contractor to correct work damaged <br />or not done in accordance with the contract, an equitable deduction <br />from the contract price shall bz made by agreement between the <br />contractor and the Authority. <br />8. Employment of Housing lluthority �esidents: To the greatest extent <br />feasible> the cnntractor will provide opportunities for training and <br />employment for Everett Housing A�thority residents who are qualified <br />in the craft needed, or qualifiable as possessing the necessary ability <br />or patential to Ne�form needed skills. Prior to the beginning of <br />riork a confP�ence of the contractor and Housing Authority <br />repres?nLatives will be held to determine the possibilities of resident <br />employn�ent on the job. <br />"As-built" record dra�aing� Contracter to keep record of piping, conduit <br />and other concealed work installed.
