The contactor will b? responsible for all costs encountered by the Everett Housing Authority for any clean-up made necessary by the contractor's activities. 5. No fa:ilities for storage of materials are available; arrangements for temporary storage shall be made anc approved by the Everett Housing Authority before delivery to the site. Any unauthorized material on the site will be moved at the contractor's expense. 6. If, during the course of this project, the contractor i;, made aware of or observes any condition that could affect the safety and welfare of its occupants, the contractor is requested to bring it to the attention of the Everett Housing Authority. 1. D�duction for uncorrected work: If the Everett Housing Authority deems it inexpedient to require the contractor to correct work damaged or not done in accordance with the contract, an equitable deduction from the contract price shall bz made by agreement between the contractor and the Authority. 8. Employment of Housing lluthority �esidents: To the greatest extent feasible> the cnntractor will provide opportunities for training and employment for Everett Housing A�thority residents who are qualified in the craft needed, or qualifiable as possessing the necessary ability or patential to Ne�form needed skills. Prior to the beginning of riork a confP�ence of the contractor and Housing Authority repres?nLatives will be held to determine the possibilities of resident employn�ent on the job.
