The applicants could build a 'smaller clinic and be able <br />to meet the parking requirements. <br />4. Many of the employees of existing clinics do not park <br />in the off-street parking lots that are provided by <br />their employers. <br />5. There will be a hardship created in the area if adequate <br />parking is not provided, <br />6. She would recommend a postponement of a decision at this <br />time so the Traffic Department could have time to comment <br />on the parking in that area. <br />There was no other comment from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts and testimony, it was moved by Mr. Hoagland, seconded by <br />Mr. Zook and unanimously carried to g;ant the applicant's request <br />as it meets all the requirements of Section 1.9.70.060 of the <br />Everett Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1, Z, 3, and 4. <br />Mr. William Harnecker, who was the representative for Drena Demmert <br />(Item two on the agenda), ask for permission to be heard at this <br />time. <br />The Chairman announced that because of Mr. Harnecker's tardiness, <br />the Board had moved for a thirty day postponement on his application. <br />Also, because some of the people in the audience had left the room <br />when the postponement was announced, it was necessary at this time <br />to delay any action on his request. <br />On motion the meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br />Ken Callahan, Secretary <br />Board of Adjustment <br />smh <br />
