EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />On September 18th I conducted an inspection at your request on 11401 Ibberson. <br />The dwelling unit inspected was in the basement of the house. Mrs. Ervine, owner <br />of the house, was present during the inspection and indicated that two girls <br />lived in the basement unit. <br />During a phone conversation with Mrs. Ervine on September 17th, she mentioned that <br />she had been working on the garbage disposa'i in the basement apartment trying to <br />get it to work again. <br />Duringthe inspection on September 18th, I saw the kitchen completely intact. <br />The cooking stove had a cutting board, from the top of a portable dishwasher, <br />on the top of the cooking units. Mrs. Ervine indicated that this was to restrict <br />the use of the stove. <br />
