The 1967 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as single family. <br />2. The Planning Commission has recently completed public hearings and will <br />be making a recanmendation to City Council for adoption of a new <br />comprehensive plan map for the residential areas of Everett and that <br />recommended plan also designates this area as single family. <br />3.
