Ibberson Dr. <br />Permits: MO106-005 (Gas fireplace and stove, gas piping) <br />E0106-014 (Wire addition) <br />(You must reference both permit number and address when calling or writing) <br />According to our records there has been no request for inspection in the last 180 days. A copy of <br />the last Electrical inspection showing requested corrections is enclosed. The Uniform Building <br />Code provides that all permits expire by 1 nitation if the work authorized by the permit is <br />suspended or abandoned at any time after wark is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you <br />wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br />within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming <br />without final approval.
