Page 2 of 2 <br />Subject: Richard Heng - permits <br />Dear Margaret, <br />On May 1. 2008 Partners In Care was appointed as Guardian of Richard Heng. Since our appointment we have reviewed <br />the renovations plans and have decic�ed te have an Occupational Therapist thoroughly review the plans to better cater to <br />Richard's reeds. <br />Per our telephone conversation yesterday below is a brief summary as to our current renovation status and future plans. <br />1. We are currenlly waiting for bids and should be receiving them on the week of September 29. <br />2. The contrector bids will be reviewed. <br />3. Then we will submit a request for an approval of funds from the VA. This process will take 4-6 weeks. We need the VA <br />approval for funds. <br />We anticipate work to begin in November. We will defiantly need extensions on the permits. Plea�e let me know if you <br />require any documentation for the permits extensions. I will gladly provide you with a copy. <br />Could you please send me a copy of the permits?
