A copy of <br /> the last inspection showing requested cortections is enclosed. The Uniform Building Code <br /> provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br /> abandoned at any time afrer work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent <br /> the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to docutnent continuing pro�ress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Depaztment <br /> for microfilming without final approval.
