To: Department of Community Development Inspection Division ' City of Everett Everett, Washington Gentlemen: It is hereby 'respectfully requested that pursuant to �Section 306 (d) of the Uniform Building Code of the City of Everett, a temporary Certificate of Occupancy and clearance for connection of gas and/or electrical utilities be granted at this time which is prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy and before final inspection for the building or buildings under construction at the following address or addresses: ��o � �-/.�.��- In consideration of the granting of the above clearance, and temposary Certificate of Occupancy, the undersigned hereby waives any cause of • action against either the City of Everett or any of its officers and employees because of any defect in the construction or installation of gas or electrical equipment, or for any other defect in construction of the above mentioned building or buildings, or for any connection to or disconnection £rom any utilities which may cause damage whatso- ever to the prer,iises, any other premises, or any person, persons, and the undersigned further agree to hold the City of Everett, or any of its off.icers and employees harmless from any liability caused by such temno_ary clearance or temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
