M applicafion is enclosod. <br /> ' Plans need to be submitted with the application which show room, Hallway dimensions <br /> � and stair cmifiguradon. The plans are W enable this office to review for adequate <br /> exiting and fire safety. The format should be straight line, dimensionod and W scale. <br /> ' The plumbing, which was installed is incomplete, unsafe and will eventually fail. We <br /> • could see the following: <br /> ; 1. Vents are lacldn� for two water closets, one shower, two labontories and <br /> the coffx area smk. • <br /> � 2. Shower trap is actually two 90° bends, which is incorrcct. <br /> 3. The drain line is not straight and does not slope properly. <br /> 4. A st:uctural beam was drilled too near the bottom to accommodate the <br /> drain. <br /> 5. A drain fitting is incomccG <br /> 6. Water lines are incorrectly supported. <br /> A plumbing permit is required to repair the sysum, which must be accomplishe� to <br /> eliminate the haraidous situadon. <br /> The electrical system also requires attendon as follows: <br /> 1. Bare wires in front office and reaz restroom. <br /> 2.
