As you <br /> are aware, there are Special Regulations contained in the toning code regarding ground level uses on <br /> retail streets with in Everett's B-3 zoned,Central E3usiness District. The purpose of this le[ter is to clearly <br /> establish those limitations to avoid any future mistmderstandings related ro ho�v these requirements <br /> will be applied. You must adhere to the following requirements; <br /> 1. The north entrance must be used as the primary access to the tattoo parlor and not the <br /> entrence on Hewitt Avenue. The Hewitt entrence tatmo parlor access will be limited to <br /> emergency access and disabied customer access only. <br /> 2. All tattoo parlor signs must he on Grand Avenue with no tattoo parbr signs to bc located on <br /> Hewitt Avenue,and may not be located on exterior on exterior wall of boutique on the Grand <br /> Avenue building fa4ade. <br /> 3. The sign regulations for the U-3 zone are different than the regulations on Firoadway and any <br /> signs must be designed to meet these standards. Prior to installation of any signs on the <br /> property, piease contad the permit wunter a[3700 Cedar SVeet(or plan review and approval. <br /> The general sign code provisions in this area are as follows: <br /> Sign Cafe�o�y C <br /> 1.
