Under permit from the City of Everett Building Department, install an <br /> approved ventilation system to the paint mixing area in your store as per <br /> Fire Marshal Sam Preston; or move the paint mixing to an approved <br /> constructed flammable liquid room separated from the main business. <br /> A rei�spection of this business will be conducted on or after 5eptember 26, <br /> 1988.
