The AT dowels tie the new footings to the existing concrete foundation <br /> wall footings. We observed the installation procedure and believe, to the best of our <br /> knowledge, that the contractor installed the anchors in confortnance with the manufacturer <br /> recommendations. <br /> We do not believe that additional speciai inspection or in-situ testing is warranted for these <br /> anchors.
