There are two 240-volt circuits wired with e number 10 <br /> wire end fused with a 40-amp breaker. This is 10 amps in excess <br /> of the current rating allowed by the National Electrlcal Code for <br /> thie type wire. Either the w[re muet be changed to a 418 to c:omply <br /> with the breeker slze or the breakers cust be chanQed to 30 amps <br /> to comply with the ratinQ of the wire. <br /> Nould you please Qive thin your im•xdiete attention and when this <br /> situation ie corrected� please Qive this office a call for an in- <br /> epection. <br /> Youra truly <br /> L.
