J. Dougherty of this <br /> departmeht. You are hereby informed that Inspector <br /> Dougherty found that the additional wiring he was re- <br /> quested to inspect cannot be approved as, one of the <br /> lighting circuits is everloaded or more of a connected <br /> load than permitted by Code. (18.26 amper on a 20 amp <br /> circuit. ) It requires the circuit be subdivided. The <br /> problem in doing this is the Air Conditioning Duct runs <br /> over the top of the old lighting fixture making it <br /> inaccessible. The code is very definite in that junction <br /> boxes cannot be covered where energized wire or splices <br /> are contained.
