With the addition of the following, the plans are <br /> approved. <br /> 1. The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to opening for <br /> business. <br /> 2. An indirect �t�aste is rcquired for the food prenaration sink, three-compartment sink, pop dispenser, <br /> walh-in refri�eration, and any cquipment in wliich food is placed. <br /> 3. A reduced pressure backt7ow prevcntion device is required at the end of the copper water pipe <br /> servin� the pop dispensing system prior to the carbonation device. <br /> 4. �yaten c�aters must be of sufficient sizc ro provide hot �vater to dishwasher and/or scullery sinks and <br /> at the same timc provide hot water to all handwash sinks. <br /> 5. Hot water must be available to all handwash sinks within 15 seconds. <br /> 6. ,�II food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) or equivalent <br /> for its intended use. <br /> 7. Proper cmd adequate snccze protection is required at the front counter. <br /> S. Extra wall protcction is required on walls behind all sinks, including reshoom handwash sinks and <br /> food preparation counters and tables. A 16-inch hi;h backsplash of ql�.istic laminate, fiberglass- <br /> reinforced plastic or equal is accepmble. Wall protection behind mop sinks must cover the entire <br /> splash zone. Plastic coated hardboard is not acceptable. <br /> 9. Acaustic ceiling tiles are indicated in the dishwashin, �nd food preparaticn area. The ceiling above <br /> the food preparation areas must be nonabsorbent, non-perforated, smoodi, ..nd easily cleanable. <br /> 10. All light fixtures in food preparation and stora�e arcas must be provided ��ith covcrs or shatterproof <br /> bulbs. <br /> I 1. Plumbing must meet state and loc:�l codes. <br /> 12.Thc ��entilation system shall be installed and operated to meet applicable building, mechanical, and <br /> lirc codes. <br /> :� preoperational inspection is required prior to upening for business. At the time oP inspection �he <br /> consu•uction ol' the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be in ;,iace. <br /> Incomplete construction may result in a S 1-13.00 reinspection fee.
