The following��T <br /> are requirements of the Uniform Fire Code, as adopted, which require your imnediate <br /> attention; <br /> 1. Obtain and post in a conspicuous place, a Fire Department permit f�r operating <br /> a place of assembly. <br /> 2. Post and tnaintain in legible manner, in a conspicuous p7ace near the main <br /> exit. an approved sign indicating the occupant load aihich to be determined <br /> by a City of Everett Building Official. <br /> 3. Provide a readily visible, durable sign with lettering a minimum of 1 " <br /> high, stating, "THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSIRESS HOURS," on <br /> or adfacent to the door located: <br /> a. front exits <br /> b, Install panic hardware on the rear exit door. <br /> 4. Provide approved placard(s), having approxirnately six (6) inch lettering <br /> on a contrasting backyround, indicating the fi�•e exit(s) at boch front <br /> and rear. <br /> 5. The second exit is completely unacceptable as presently constituted and <br /> must be revised to provide an approved level of safe egress.
