Thesc comments address mechanical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be rcquired by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Mechanica! code, as amended by the State of Washington. 1) Three copies of the plans should be provided (the submission included on sheet for the Mana CafB, and two for El Gitanos). 2) The exhaust duct tertnination must be a minimum of 5 feet away from tt�e ptoperty line, and discharge away from the property line. To verify this requirement of Secdon 507.11, the following infocmation should be provided: i) A cu:-sheet for the intended exhaust fan. Please note that we have tradidonally rcquired that the directional fans be pointed away from the property lines as noted in Excepdon 1 to Section 507.11. ii) A site plan which shows the distance of the exhaust fan to the notthern property line. Upon resubmission of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient informadon to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with ap adopted codes.
