With the addition of the following, the plans are <br /> approved. <br /> 1. Three compactment sinks must have integral drainboards at both ends. <br /> 3. An indirect waste is required for the food preparation sink, mechanical dishwasher, ice machine, <br /> running water dipper well, and equipment in wnich food is placed. <br /> 3. No dirty dish table and clean dish (drying) table is shown at the dishwasher. A dirty dish xrea and a <br /> clean dish table must be provided at the dishwusher. <br /> 4. No spray arm is shown at the dishwnsher pro-rinse sink. A spray arm is required at the dishwasher <br /> pre-rinse sink. <br /> 5. The food preparation sink must have at least one integral drainboazd. <br /> 6. Water heaters must be of sufficient size to provide hot water to dishwasher and/or scullery sinks and <br /> at the same time provide hot water to all handwash sinks. <br /> 7. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for its <br /> intended use. The Multimixer. the Artic Commercial deli case, the Manitowoc ice machine, the <br /> Vering refrigerator, and the Farfarware oven wero not found in the current NSF or equivalent <br /> listings. These units must be replaced with NSF or equivalent listed equipment or documentadon <br /> must be submitted which demonstrates NSF equivalency. �m�fact�r'r�emec ��d model n�mbers <br /> for pl�cement units must be submitted Drior to the�re-ooerational ins�tion. Originally submitted <br /> manufacturer names and model numbers should be rechecked to ussure the informahon submitted is <br /> accurate. <br /> 8. No manufacturer name and model number was submitted for thA dishwasher. The manufacturer <br /> name and model number must be submitted prior to the pre-operational inspection. <br /> 9. Proper sneeze protection must be provided at the front counter. <br /> 10.Extra wall protection is required on walls behind sinks and food preparadon tables. A L&inch high <br /> backsplush of plastic laminate, fiberglass-reinforced plastic or equal �s acceptable. Floor to ceiling <br /> protection is required on wall behind dishwashers. Wall protection behind mop sinks mtut cover the <br /> entire splash zone. Plastic coated hardboard is not ncceptableAll light fixtures in food propatation <br /> and storage areas must be provided with covers or shatterproof bulbs. <br /> � <br />
