The purpose of the parkinq <br /> lot would be to provide off street parkinq for employees and clients <br /> of 8i11's Blueprint inc. , and provide adjacent property owners parkinq <br /> ��' � spaces for eveninq use. Currently, the site is vacant and fenced off <br /> '� �� from use by a temporary chain link fence. <br /> �.... FINDING3: After reviewing the proposed site plan and receiving <br /> �, 1 comments from the City of Everett Public Works, Parks, and Building : <br /> Departmente, the Planninq Department hereby qrants approval of the � <br /> parking lot as shown on the site plan received on l,ugust 6, 1992 <br /> subject to the following conditions: � <br /> �� i <br /> 1. All retaininq walls and quard rails must meet current Uniform <br /> Buildinq Code Standards. � <br /> �`! I I <br /> 2 �, raised planter, between 18 to 24 inches in heiqht, must be <br /> provided alonq Hewitt Ave. , in the area currently shown with a <br /> { �� landscape strip. The planter must be a minimum of 5 feet wide, <br /> and have a ledge or other desiqn feature which makes it suitable <br /> for pedestrian seating. <br /> � � <br /> 3. All planted areas must be irrigated. � <br /> 4.
