Lack of secondary escapes (no windows) from many sleeping/residential <br /> �' rooms. <br /> � <br /> This was classified as a hotel-type occupancy use after the last remodel years <br /> � ago with the roans supposedly used for sleeping purposes only on an overnight I <br /> ' basis as a bed and breakfast type business and not as a live-in apartment/ ii <br /> dwelling roan type use as it is today. <br /> ��� There has been no apparent maintenance of this facility. The basic fire and <br /> ' life safety items should be carrected immediately if occupancy is permitted to <br /> � continue. <br /> My recanmendation would be toward vacating the use of these apartment/rooms I <br /> until all Code conditions are met. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> �. <br />
