WASMINOTON S.F..P,A, CHECKLIST REVIEW #136 PROPOSAL To construct a 6000 square foot storage warehousc at the northwest corner of Hewltt and Oakes, RECOMMENDATIONS It is the recommendation of the Publtc Works Dept. that issuance of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: . 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department'approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued, 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During construction all traffic to and from the site shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 4. Replacement of dangerous sidewalk on Hewitt from Oakes to 30 feet west of Oakes right-of-way line and from the east edge of ailey to the existing tavern on the west is required. Wheel Chair Curb Ramps are required at intersection. (Aesthetics of remaining Hewitt sidewalk abutting site places a re uest that all the Hevhtt sidewalk be replaced.) 5. Type D "Cement Concrete Driveways" are required. 6. On-site detention with provision for oil and sediment removal is required. Approval of a drainage plan and a plan to control erosion is required prior to commencing site preparation. Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attached cover sheet. 7. An appro��ed aesthetic visual and vehicle barrier is required at the east property line preventing vehicle enrroachment onto sidewalk.
