WASMINOTON <br /> S.F..P,A, CHECKLIST REVIEW #136 <br /> PROPOSAL <br /> To construct a 6000 square foot storage warehousc at the northwest corner of <br /> Hewltt and Oakes, <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> It is the recommendation of the Publtc Works Dept. that issuance of a <br /> Negative Declaration be subject to the following: . <br /> 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and all <br /> required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department'approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br /> are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issued, <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 3. During construction all traffic to and from the site shall be on arterial <br /> streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. <br /> 4. Replacement of dangerous sidewalk on Hewitt from Oakes to 30 feet <br /> west of Oakes right-of-way line and from the east edge of ailey to the <br /> existing tavern on the west is required. Wheel Chair Curb Ramps are <br /> required at intersection. (Aesthetics of remaining Hewitt sidewalk <br /> abutting site places a re uest that all the Hevhtt sidewalk be replaced.) <br /> 5. Type D "Cement Concrete Driveways" are required. <br /> 6. On-site detention with provision for oil and sediment removal is required. <br /> Approval of a drainage plan and a plan to control erosion is required prior <br /> to commencing site preparation. Drainage calculations are to be <br /> submitted with the attached cover sheet. <br /> 7. An appro��ed aesthetic visual and vehicle barrier is required at the east <br /> property line preventing vehicle enrroachment onto sidewalk. Height of <br /> visual barr;er shall be limited to 30 inciies due to sight distance demands. <br /> AAIEND CHECKtIST AS FOLLOWS: <br /> II - 13 - a, c, d, and f - change to yes. <br />
