The building is within the Hewitt Avenue <br /> National Reg�ster District,which means that future construction on the site will need to meet certain <br /> historic design standards. The proposal qualifies as Planned Action under Ordinance No.3128•09;there <br /> is no comment period or appeals process for this determination. <br /> PROPONENT: Pete and Helen Sikov <br /> P.O.Box 22286 <br /> Seattle,WA 98122 <br /> LOCATION: 1814 Hewitt Ave <br /> ZONING: B-3/Central Business District <br /> IEAD AGENCY/CONTACT: Everett Planning Department, Dave Tyler(425)257-8731 <br /> DETERMINATION: The City of Everett Planning and Community Deveiopment Director has determined: <br /> • The project is lo�ated within the boundaries of the e-3 planned action area. <br /> • The proposed use is consistent with the uses and development standards and is listed as a covered <br /> use in Planned Action Ordinance No.3128-09. <br /> • The proposed use implements the B-3 Zone and the project's significant environmental impacts <br /> have been adequately addressed in the Planned Action for powntown Everett. <br /> • Any impacts of the project will be adequately mitigated through the application of the mitigation <br /> through complia�ce with the development regulations and other actions proposed by the applicant. <br /> • The project is subject to compliance with all applicable local,state and federal regulations. <br /> Based on review of the project's environmental checklist,the project is hereby designated a Planned <br /> Action pursuant to RCW 43.21C.031(2)�a)and City of Everett Ordinance No. 3128-09.
